CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. I understand life happens, so please just communicate with me. Deposit Policy: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service at your appointment. If an appointment is canceled, missed, or needs to be rebooked, a new deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. Payment & Processing Fees: All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee. Clients may pay via Cash, or Zelle to avoid this fee. No exceptions. Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, to ensure the full service and experience, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Acknowledgment Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of all salon policies.
